1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • ❌ We do not offer international shipping at this time

Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time includes:

  • Handover to the shipping carrier

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

After processing, orders are shipped within 5–6 business days.

Estimated total delivery time:

  • Shipping: 5–6 business days

  • Total: approximately 8–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jorviane Bags is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photos of the damaged package/product

  • Confirmation of the shipping address
